3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.

4.2 Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Razorpay. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

4.3 Price Changes

We may change our prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Resell or redistribute our services without permission

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the system, including order details, customer records, inventory counts, and billing information.

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by D2CFlow and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, D2CFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
